- Firstly I try to reduce what we consume by buying less stuff where possible and buying "eco-friendly" where possible. I've been using our local [refill and eco shop](https://allgoodthingseco.co.uk/) which opened this year for store cupboard staples and cleaning products. If you're in South Hampshire/Solent area I can't rate Nina and her shop highly enough. - Firstly I try to reduce what we consume by buying less stuff where possible and buying "eco-friendly" where possible.
