+Had a bit of a culinary disaster again this evening with some garlic that turned bright green after marinading in lime juice causing us to suspect foul play and throw out the fish dish we were preparing and order a takeaway. I need some good emergency dishes that I can whip up quickly in the event that we have to throw out our dinner so that we don't end up with maccies in future.
